As we are nestled in the picturesque Cape Winelands we have named our houses in honour of this heritage after the names of three grape cultivars:

• Red – Barlinka
• Green – Hanepoot
• Yellow – Sultana

These three grape cultivars were in fact grown on the land upon which our school building stands.

All students are allocated a house upon successful admission to the school. In the Primary School classrooms, house points are awarded for a multitude of things, cultivating a great sense of pride and competition amongst the students. The House groups are also used during events such as our Inter House Sports day held in the first term of every year. On this occasion you will see everyone dressed to support, wearing their house colours and cheering their peers on until their voices are hoarse.
